Everyone loves PIZZA night! But when you're trying to eat healthier I bet you probably swear off pizza. Right? 

You rely on willpower to avoid eating it. 

You feel deprived when see your friends or family eating it.

You hold out as long as you can but then you eventually give in, you binge on pizza and feel like a failure.
